DESCRIPTION
Special monstrous form of the Bolivian Torch Cactus resembling a penis !
This Penis Cactus (narrow) is grey-blue in colour.
This small monstrous form has a round rough outer skin.
Thorns
On the underside of the Penis Cactus (small) there are often bundles of thorns with several spines.
From the middle of the Cactus body, this Penis form is completely thornless and bare.
Growth
This small monstrous form grows more slowly than the normal Bolivian Torch Cactus.
Length growth is about 5 to 15 centimetres per year.
This Penis Cactus makes new shoots (cuttings) at the bottom.
But sometimes this monstrous form makes long Penis cuttings more than 20 centimetres long!
In low light, the shoots grow long stretched and can grow 20 cm per year.
Mescaline
The Penis Cactus (narrow) contains about the same amount of Mescaline as the normal Bolivian Torch Cactus (= Echinopsis lageniformis).
A highly raised plant or cutting has a thicker green chlorenchyme layer than a seeded Mescaline Cactus.
This tissue layer lies immediately under the epidermis and contains relatively the most Mescaline.
So the thicker this layer, the more Mescaline a Mescaline Cactus contains !
Achuma
Indians from Bolivia call Echinopsis lageniformis and Echinopsis pachanoi both ‘Achuma’ or ‘Huachuma’.
Apparently, they make no difference between the two botanical Cactus species.
Apparently, they experience the same mind-altering properties with both Mescaline Cacti.

BESCHRIJVING
Bijzondere monstervorm van de Bolivian Torch Cactus lijkend op een penis !
Deze Penis Cactus (smal) is grijs-blauw van kleur.
Deze kleine monstervorm heeft aan de buitenkant een ronde ruwe opperhuid.
Doorns
Aan de onderkant van de Penis Cactus (klein) zitten vaak nog doornbundels met meerdere doorns.
Vanaf het midden van het Cactus-lichaam is deze Penisvorm geheel doornloos en kaal.
Groei
Deze kleine monstervorm groeit langzamer dan de normale Bolivian Torch Cactus.
De lengtegroei is zo'n 5 tot 15 centimeter per jaar.
Deze Penis Cactus maakt aan de onderkant nieuwe uitlopers (stekken).
Maar soms maakt deze monstervorm een lange Penis-stek van meer dan 20 centimeter lang !
Bij weinig licht groeien de uitlopers langegerekt en kunnen 20 cm per jaar groeien.
Mescaline
De Penis Cactus (smal) bevat ongeveer evenveel Mescaline als de normale Bolivian Torch Cactus (= Echinopsis lageniformis).
Een sterk opgekweekte plant of stek heeft een dikkere groene chlorenchym-laag dan een gezaaide Mescaline Cactus.
Deze weefsellaag ligt meteen onder de opperhuid en bevat relatief het meeste Mescaline.
Dus hoe dikker deze laag, hoe meer Mescaline een Mescaline Cactus bevat !
Achuma
Indianen uit Bolivia noemen Echinopsis lageniformis en Echinopsis pachanoi beide “Achuma” of "Huachuma".
Kennelijk maken ze geen verschil tussen beide botanische Cactussoorten.
Kennelijk ervaren ze dezelfde geestverruimende eigenschappen bij beide Mescaline Cactussen.
