DESCRIPTION

This Penis Cactus is on the outside a round rough epidermis that is grey-blue in colour.
The trunk can grow longer than a metre.
Offshoots can grow on the underside.

These Unique Penis Cacti are several years old.
Thorns
At the base of the Penis Cactus (thick) there are often bundles of thorns with several spines.
From the middle of the Cactus body, this Penis form is completely thornless and bare.
Growth
This thicker monstrous form grows as fast as the normal Bolivian Torch Cactus.
Length growth is about 20 to 40 centimetres per year.
This Penis Cactus sometimes makes new shoots (cuttings) on the nth side.
Mescaline
A highly raised plant or cutting has a thicker green chlorenchyme layer than a seeded Mescaline Cactus.
This tissue layer lies immediately under the epidermis and contains relatively the most Mescaline.
So the thicker this layer, the more Mescaline a Mescaline Cactus contains !
The Penis Cactus (small) contains about the same amount of Mescaline as the normal Bolivian Torch Cactus (= Echinopsis lageniformis).
Achuma
Indians from Bolivia call Echinopsis lageniformis and Echinopsis pachanoi both ‘Achuma’ or ‘Huachuma’.
Apparently, they make no difference between the two botanical Cactus species.

Deze Penis Cactus is aan de buitenkant een ronde ruwe opperhuid die grijs-blauw van kleur is.
De stam kan langer dan een meter worden.
Aan de onderkant kunnen uitlopers gaan groeien.

Vanaf het midden van het Cactus-lichaam is deze Penisvorm geheel doornloos en kaal.
Groei
Deze dikkere monstervorm groeit even snel als de normale Bolivian Torch Cactus.
De lengtegroei is zo'n 20 tot 40 centimeter per jaar.
Deze Penis Cactus maakt soms aan de nderkant nieuwe uitlopers (stekken).
Mescaline
Een sterk opgekweekte plant of stek heeft een dikkere groene chlorenchym-laag dan een gezaaide Mescaline Cactus.
Deze weefsellaag ligt meteen onder de opperhuid en bevat relatief het meeste Mescaline.
Dus hoe dikker deze laag, hoe meer Mescaline een Mescaline Cactus bevat !
De Penis Cactus (klein) bevat ongeveer evenveel Mescaline als de normale Bolivian Torch Cactus (= Echinopsis lageniformis).
Achuma
Indianen uit Bolivia noemen Echinopsis lageniformis en Echinopsis pachanoi beide “Achuma” of "Huachuma".
Kennelijk maken ze geen verschil tussen beide botanische Cactussoorten.
Kennelijk ervaren ze dezelfde geestverruimende eigenschappen bij beide Mescaline Cactussen.

De Penis Cactus lijkt veel beter op een penis dan de bloemen van Amorphophallus-soorten.
